Job summary

Best Ever ABA in Pelzer, SC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to promote client success while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. This role offers flexible scheduling and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28/hour

• Part-Time: Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on yours & clients availability
