Total Care ABA is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Spring City, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in home and school settings to implement ABA therapy plans and collect progress data, under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role offers flexible hours, travel within Tennessee, paid training, and growth opportunities as you support families and help children reach meaningful progress while enhancing your skills and credentials.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in home and school settings throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.

What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of clients progress
• Travel to clients homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
