Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home/in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Tennessee. The role involves delivering ABA therapy to children, implementing BCBA-designed plans, and collecting progress data across Memphis, Collierville, Cordova, and surrounding areas.

Candidates must hold an RBT certification with BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to travel locally. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with ABA experience preferred but not required.

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
