Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism across clinic-based and in-home settings in Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to implement individualized interventions and track progress.

We value credentialed professionals who take their work seriously and support RBTs with supervision,

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active.
• BCBA supervision provided and clinical integrity expected.
• Experience in ABA settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by BCBAs to support children with autism.
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to families and caregivers.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
