Austill's Educational Therapy Services in Warminster, PA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-year role, Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00. You will support students 1:1 or in small groups under BCBA supervision and implement IEP/PBSP guidelines.

You will collect behavior data, follow protocols, and work with the educational team to advance skill acquisition. RBT training and BACB certification required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and 40‑hour RBT training completed.
• Active BACB certification.
• At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services; 2 years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to think strategically and work under pressure.
• PA driver's license and clearances within 1 year of hire.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Warminster, PA

Snapshot: Full-time (M-F, 8-4) immediate opportunity for the school year

RBT Essential Functions

• Provides direct support to student(s) in 1:1 or group setting in accordance with IEP/PBSP and under the supervision of BCBA.


• Follows the behavior reduction and behavior skill acquisition protocols.


• Collects, records, and maintains data based on students' behavior.


• Communicates with students' educational team.


• Assists BCBA/BSC with FBA's and skill acquisition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent AND completed a 40‑hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by BCBA or BCaBA; AND


• Active certification through the BACB, AND


• At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services; preferred 2 years, AND


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Able to think strategically and work under pressure


• Active PA driver's license, clearances within 1 year of hire (PA Criminal Record, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprinting through the Dept. of Education, TB).
