Firefly Autism in Lakewood, CO seeks a dedicated Center-Based RBT to provide 1:1 support to learners aged 3 years to 21 years in a structured, trauma-informed program. You will work within an interdisciplinary team including BCBAs and RSPs to ensure client progress and safety.

Center Based Services Full Time Lakewood, CO, US 1 Attachments

Salary Range: $26.00 To $30.00 Hourly

General Summary:

Our Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work in our beautiful Lakewood, Colorado facility, supporting learners from 36 months to 21 years of age. We focus on individualized programming grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity. RBTs provide 1:1 support to clients while being fully integrated into an interdisciplinary team that includes fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and RSPs—ensuring collaboration and ongoing support every step of the way.

We offer a comprehensive, in-depth training program built around a three-tier learning model: observing, role-playing- and implementing, all with guidance from an experienced RBT trainer and/or BCBA. This structured approach prepares RBTs to confidently pair with clients and manage a small caseload of approximately 4–5 learners.

With a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional growth, we are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to client success and to fostering a safe, supportive environment for both learners and staff.

Schedule:

• Billable and non-billable hours are paid at the same base rate.


• Must be 21 years of age


• Must have a bachelors degree OR 4 years’ experience working with children (babysitting, day care, camp counselor, tutor, etc.)


• Daily support and supervision by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Team support, clinical and family collaboration, and increasing individual autonomy to help each client reach adaptive goals and individual learning objectives.


• Small manageable caseload


• Up to fourteen (14) days of vacation in your first year of employment and increases with tenure.


• Up to(12) Twelve paid federal holidays
