Job summary

Arion Care Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA services to children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You will work with parents, caregivers, and BCBA supervisors to implement individualized plans, collect data, and track progress while supporting skill development and behavior management.

Qualifications

• Must hold BACB RBT certification.
• AzAHP - Initial and Annual Core Training Plan required.
• AZ Article 9 Training completion required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification required.
• ABA Ethical Guidelines and Clinical Handbook policies must be understood.

Responsibilities

• Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Provide support in self-help, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery
• ABA Ethical Guidelines.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
• AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
