Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Active RBT certification is required, with ongoing certification maintenance. This role offers in-person work and opportunities for clinical growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) is required.
• TB test within the past 12 months.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Criminal background and abuse registry checks required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for Arizona applicants.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Who We Are:

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays. We partner closely with families and deliver individualized therapy designed to support meaningful, lasting progress in everyday life.

We are seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are committed to ethical care, professionalism, and continued clinical growth.

What This Role Is About:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

This role is for individuals who already hold an active RBT credential and are prepared to uphold ongoing certification and ethical responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications
