Job summary

Arion Care Solutions, LLC is seeking aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services to children and their families across home, school, clinic, and community settings. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and BCBA professionals to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

The role requires an RBT certification from BACB, plus 3 months of ABA experience, and relevant trainings.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• 3 months experience providing ABA or related services.
• AZ Article 9 Training must be completed.
• First Aid/CPR Certification required.
• AZ Prevention and Support Training prior to service delivery.
• ABA Ethical Guidelines compliance.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation required.
• AzAHP Initial and Annual Core Training Plan completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Provide support in self-help, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and participate in required meetings and trainings.

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a key role in delivering direct ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and their families. You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery
• ABA Ethical Guidelines.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
