Job Overview

ABA provider for individuals with Autism; Responsible for direct 1:1 therapy, Treatment Integrity, and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principals
• Upload BACB ethical guidelines by providing first‑rate services
• Implement and maintain knowledge of programs, procedures, and Behavior Intervention Plans
• All frontline employees MUST obtain RBT Certification within their first 45 business days of employment
• Participate in team meetings
• Meticulously collect data based on treatment plans designed by BCBA
• Safeguard PHI by abiding by HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols and by maintaining confidentiality
• Teach and facilitate essential skills such as functional communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and more
• Maintain professional conduct/boundaries with clients, families, and staff
• Assist other staff by covering clients during lunch periods
• Adhere to employer work practices
• Cultivate and preserve work culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team‑members alike
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

Physical demands of clinical staff fall within a Medium Classification. This includes: exerting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work according to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles.
