Job summary

Amenity ABA Center in Stafford, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide clinical instruction and behavior reduction under a BCBA. You will work 1:1 with children, coordinate with therapists, and follow established protocols to support communication and adaptive living skills.

The role requires an RBT certification, experience with pediatric/autistic clients, and strong data-keeping and family communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have an RBT Certification awarded through the BACB.
• Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
• Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in clinic.
• Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists to address behavioral needs.
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; cover a range of domains.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and families as needed.
• Work ethically and with integrity following the code of conduct.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Work Overview

We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician that under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), will be responsible for providing clinical skills instructions and behavior reduction protocols based upon the development of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in clinic
• Work with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapist to assist with behavioral needs
• consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social and adaptive living skills
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations and meetings are required
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the ethical code of conduct

Benefits

Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week. Full time employees are eligible for benefits at 90 days of employment.
