Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Certified and Active RBT to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under BCBA supervision. The clinician-owned provider network supports families across the DC area with training and collaboration.

You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and communicate with supervisors while working weekday and weekend shifts. An active RBT credential is required; 1 year ABA experience is preferred; a BA in a related field is a plus.

• Current and active RBT certification with BACB.
• Active RBT credential required for consideration.
• 1 year minimum ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory BCBA and team.
• Operate under BCBA supervision.

What We're Looking For:

A Certified and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Important Requirement:

Applicants must hold a current and active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. We are only considering candidates with an active RBT credential.
