Job summary

Airborne ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, in-person work in Sugar City, Colorado. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision, support skill-building and independence, and collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Sugar City, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team asRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
