Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will support our clients through 1:1, individualized therapy, ensuring progress and positive outcomes. Each day offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with special needs.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Wabash Center, you will:

• Maintain your RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) by complying with all professional and ethical standards.
• Apply your knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies to deliver personalized 1:1 therapy.
• Be a vital part of a clinical team focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with regulations.
• Leverage your experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities to foster a safe, diverse, and professional work environment.
• Represent Wabash Center positively to clients, families, and the community.
