Job summary

Omega Behavioral Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in in‑home and school settings for children aged 2–16. You will work under a BCBA, deliver personalized treatment plans, and collect data to track progress.

Role requires travel within the service area, reliable transportation, and weekend availability as needed. We offer paid supervision, mileage reimbursement, and pathways for professional growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (company may assist eligible candidates).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children, ideally with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance for travel between client locations.
  • Comfort working in client homes and school environments with parent and teacher collaboration.
  • Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed during sessions (e.g., floor play).
  • Clear background check and any state‑specific requirements for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistency with scheduling.
  • Availability for part‑time hours Monday–Friday and occasional weekends as scheduled.

RBT Role Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and school settings under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, compassionate, and excited to support children with autism in building meaningful skills.

Travel

Travel between client homes and/or schools within your assigned service area is required. Mileage is reimbursed.

Employment Type

W‑2, part‑time with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows.

Clients

Children and adolescents with autism, approximately ages 2–16 , receiving individualized ABA treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with your supervising BCBA to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy and accurate data collection that drives meaningful progress for each child.

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and schools according to individualized treatment plans.

Schedule
