Already Autism Health is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Winston-Salem, NC to deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing treatment plans and teaching social, daily living, and communication skills to children with autism.

Expected schedule is Monday–Friday daytime slots in a clinic setting with travel between client homes as required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training completed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional demeanor and reliability essential.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain clinical data in Central Reach.
• Complete session documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally with compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate relevant information to the BCBA after sessions.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Health Technician need in Winston-Salem, NC to begin ASAP!

Do you love helping children learn and succeed?Already Autism Health is seeking (Behavior Therapists or) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation

• Pay starts at $20 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and setting
• Biweekly direct deposit

We are hiring part-time RBTs available for a Monday thru Friday schedule, either 12:00pm to 5:00pm or 2:00pm to 5:00pm, supporting clients in a clinic setting!

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Central Reach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Provides services in the home, clinic,and community settings

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certificationor certificate of completion for the 40-hour RBT training
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations
• Professional and dependable

***All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands

Working Environment

Travel is required between client homes, clinic,and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
