Job summary

Succeed ABA - North Carolina in Roxboro, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will collect data, implement interventions in natural environments, and collaborate with a friendly team under supervision.

This in-person role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow as part of a compassionate, organized program.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of 40 hours course.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
