Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children at the Westover Hills Autism Center. You will implement personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and support progress in a hands-on learning environment.

Role offers daytime hours, with full-time and part-time options. Compensation includes hourly pay between $18 and $24 based on experience, training, and credentials, plus comprehensive benefits and

• Active RBT Certification through BACB in good standing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

The Role

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the center. You will:

• Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old


• Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA


• Collect session data and support treatment progress


• Use play-based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands-on activities


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment


• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team


• Support caregiver education and carryover across environments


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred


• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs


• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day


• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children


• Reliable attendance and punctuality required


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed


• Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high-quality care
