Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our Westover Hills center. Roles involve implementing personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging children from newborn to 21 years old in play-based learning.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors, caregivers, and the care team while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with movement and floor activities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages newborn to 21.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Total compensation includes competitive hourly pay, paid training opportunities, and a sign-on bonus.

• Hourly pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour based on experience, education, certification level, and qualifications
• RBT certification required

The Role

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the center. You will:

• Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old
• Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and support treatment progress
• Use play-based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team
• Support caregiver education and carryover across environments
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
• Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high-quality care
