Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Vista, CA to support K-12 students with behavioral needs. This full-time, weekday role offers a consistent schedule, one-on-one and small group ABA-based support, and weekly pay.

You will follow IEP/504 goals, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and staff to create a structured learning environment. Prior ABA/special education experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
• ABA or special education experience in school, home, or clinical settings is a plus.
• CPI certification is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support.
