Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Missouri is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We deliver in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or clinics, implement plans by a supervising BCBA, and participate in supervision and trainings. Competitive hourly pay and generous PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to complete 14-day training.
• Background check required.
• Consistent Monday–Friday availability preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Punctual and professional with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.

• Communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and a client-centered approach at all times.
