Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to join our caring team. You will provide ABA therapy directly to clients in home, school, or community settings and help learners gain life skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, session notes, ongoing training, and collaborating with supervising BCBA. RBT certification and Spanish fluency required; high school diploma required.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Hourly Wages:

$25 - $35/hour

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Fluency in Spanish (required)

• Reliable transportation

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.

• Participate in ongoing training.
