Ro Health is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. This role focuses on school-based ABA therapy with supervision from BCBA and access to Ro Health's clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain (Ro Health can assist)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA
  • Support students to meet goals in IEPs including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics
  • Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition
  • Assist students with independence in routines, transitions, and learning activities
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies
  • Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors respecting confidentiality
  • Participate in meetings, training, and supervision for ongoing development
  • Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code and professional boundaries

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday-Friday, School Hours)

Pay :$28-$30 per hour (based on assignment, experience, and certifications)

What You'll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA with clinical fidelity
  • Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
  • Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
  • Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
  • Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT
  • Adheres to the BACB RBT Ethics Code, including maintaining client dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
