Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2026–2027 school year in the West Valley area (Glendale, Avondale, Peoria). The role centers on providing 1:1 ABA therapy in school settings, supporting students with IEP goals, and collecting progress data under BCBA supervision.

Positions are full-time or part-time, with pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour and opportunities to grow within Ro Health’s Arizona Behavioral Team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition and adjust strategies with BCBA guidance
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and ethics
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support student progress and your development as an RBT

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT
