Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is Spanish-speaking for part-time 10–20 hours in the Danbury and Waterbury, CT areas. Position involves 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center settings under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate has an RBT certification, at least 6 months of related experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children with developmental needs. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental needs.
• Spanish speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data with accuracy (Rethink platform).
• Maintain high-quality, consistent session delivery (BIP fidelity).
• Communicate progress and observations with your BCBA and team.
• Participate in onboarding check-ins (7-day & 30-day support system).
