Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Report progress and feedback to supervisor
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and data
• Follow company policies and confidentiality protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Work independently with clear communication with management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of experience in providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations
