Requirements: Registered Behavior Technician Certification or experience working with children and willing to obtain RBT Certification. Part-time medical benefits available for those who qualify!

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of patient-related information
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently, with constant communication and coordination with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus at least six months of prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations daily
