ABA A Step At A Time Care in Orange, CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and our care team.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, pay between $22 and $30 per hour, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time: Monday through Sunday 4:30 to 8:30 PM
• Location: Orange, CT
