Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA Therapy team as Behavior Technicians, providing services to children with autism in home, daycare and clinic settings. You will support communication and social skills development through play-based ABA techniques, under supervision.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri 9:00AM-12:00PM) in Griffin, GA, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance required.
• Experience with ABA and/or young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in homes, daycare, or clinic.
• Draft progress reports for senior clinicians.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
