Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using our clinical software.

This role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (BA/BS is a plus), a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
