Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Massachusetts. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and ensure accurate data collection for progress.

A strong candidate demonstrates reliability, excellent communication, and genuine passion for helping children. Active RBT certification or eligibility is required, with a HS diploma and a preference for a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill‑acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
