Licensed Support ABA in Manchester, NH is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or center settings.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
