Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy in Midlothian, Virginia. You will provide 1:1 ABA services to children, under BCBA supervision, with emphasis on communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with supervising clinicians.
• Able to complete background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tochildren with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using ourelectronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members tosupport client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clientsand families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour

Required Availability: Monday - Friday, (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Service Setting: In - Home
