Autism Center of Excellence in Midlothian, VA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA to implement treatment plans and collect data in our electronic system.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and reliable scheduling between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with in-home service as the setting. Opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision are available.

Formación

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningfuldifference in the lives of children with autism. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tochildren with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using ourelectronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members tosupport client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clientsand families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour

Required Availability: Monday - Friday, (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Service Setting: In - Home

Actual schedules andassignments are based on client needs, service authorizations,cancellations, staffing, and operational needs.
