Job summary

Lumino ABA in Lakeland, FL seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team in schools and homes. You’ll provide one-to-one support under BCBA guidance, collect data, implement plans, and help families with behavior strategies.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality.
• Strong communication with clients, families and team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress during sessions.
• Provide direct support and improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.

Duties

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders

• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed
