Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering ABA therapy in school and home settings in Tampa. The role involves direct 1:1 support, data collection, and family education to improve behavior and daily living skills.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00, with a pathway for career growth to BCBA and ongoing training support. Applicants must have active RBT certification and Medicaid Provider ID.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.

Responsibilities
