Job summary

Arise Autism Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Clermont, FL. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings and implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment while supporting client success and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification and Medicaid ID.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Full-Time: 30+ hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Clermont, FL

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Must have active Medicaid Provider ID
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
