Job summary

Arise Autism Center, LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services across in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families and teammates to ensure client success.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, possess a high school diploma (some college preferred), and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour
• Full-Time: 30+ hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Lake Mary & Sanford, FL

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
