Job summary

Top Penguin ABA is a growing New Jersey ABA provider focused on delivering high-quality care to children with autism. We seek compassionate RBTs who enjoy hands-on work with children and value supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and communities, collect data, and participate in ongoing supervision as we expand our services in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Passion for working with children

Responsibilities

About the Position

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect session data accurately

• Communicate with supervising BCBAs

• Complete session documentation

• Maintain professional relationships with families

• Participate in supervision and team meetings

Qualifications

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Passion for working with children

Preferred

• Experience working with children with autism

• ABA experience

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field

I would remove the 2-year requirement unless it's truly necessary.

Available Schedule

Flexible scheduling based on client availability.

Current opportunities include:

• After-school hours

• Evening sessions

• Additional hours available as new clients begin services
