Top Penguin ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in homes and communities across New Jersey, with strong supervision from BCBA clinicians and flexible scheduling. You will support communication, social and daily living skills under a BCBA-designed program, while receiving ongoing mentorship.

The role emphasizes meaningful, client-centered care in a small, supportive company that values growth and collaboration.

About the Position

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect session data accurately

• Communicate with supervising BCBAs

• Complete session documentation

• Maintain professional relationships with families

• Participate in supervision and team meetings

Qualifications

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to work independently in clients' homes

• Passion for working with children

Preferred

• Experience working with children with autism

• ABA experience

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field

I would remove the 2-year requirement unless it's truly necessary.

Available Schedule

Flexible scheduling based on client availability.

Current opportunities include:

• After-school hours

• Evening sessions

• Additional hours available as new clients begin services

3:30 PM-7:30 PM
