Job summary

Crown ABA in Hanover, PA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track client progress with accurate data collection.

Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (Morning cases!)

• Flexible Shifts — We’ll work with your schedule.
