Crown ABA in Easton, Maryland is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans and closely monitor progress with accurate data collection.

Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in‑home, in‑school, or in‑clinic.


• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Track client progress through accurate data collection.


• Collaborate with families and the care team to create the best outcomes.


• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports growth.

Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour


• Full-Time or Part-Time Available


• Flexible Shifts — We’ll work with your schedule.


• Location: Easton, Maryland 21601


• Registered Behavior Technician Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.


• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.


• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• Reliable transportation for local travel.
