Job summary

Crown ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and engage with families and team members to support each child’s growth.

We offer paid training, RBT certification assistance, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a caring, family-like team environment in Boyds, MD.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or clinic setting.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track client progress through accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Schedule & Compensation:

• Pay Range: $22 – $29/hour
• Full-time or part-time roles available
• Flexible shifts tailored to your availability
• Service Area: Boyds, MD (20841) and surrounding areas
