Job summary

Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, stay goal-focused, and work with a team of caring BCBAs.

The role requires RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong written and verbal communication. Enjoy flexible hours and a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required for applicants.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism is preferred.
• Must demonstrate reliable time management and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
