Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Utah/ Washington Terrace. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, delivering engaging sessions and collecting data under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Hourly Wages:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
