Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Westminster, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing, locally owned team. We emphasize caring for staff and clients and provide supervision for those pursuing BCBA certification.

RBTs deliver high-quality ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings and partner with supervising BCBA for guidance. Wages range from $25 to $35 per hour, with full-time and part-time roles, benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills for independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $25-35/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attends scheduled sessions

• Participate in ongoing trainings
