Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We support staff with supervision, mentorship, and flexible hours.

As an RBT you will provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings, collect data, write session notes, and help learners gain life skills with guidance from BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Willingness to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, social/emotional, play, vocational skills).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based methods to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $22-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)

• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities

• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner's independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attends scheduled sessions

• Participate in ongoing trainings
