Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Colorado. We provide in-home, school, and community ABA services with strong supervision from BCBA professionals and opportunities for BCBA certification mentorship.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including home, school, and community.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $22-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
