Job summary

Little Champs ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will provide interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, and community settings, helping learners gain communication and daily living skills.

We offer supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification, and the role is part-time with flexible scheduling to support ongoing training and client needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts acceptable).
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Help learners gain independence through communication, daily living, and social skills.
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
