Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. You will collect data, work with families, and grow in the ABA field alongside caring BCBAs.

RBT certification is required; flexible hours and competitive pay are offered, with emphasis on work-life balance and professional development opportunities in Maryland.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism at work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Use personal transportation to travel to clients.
• Manage time effectively to meet session goals.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
